New patients
Your first visit, step by step
Here is what happens from the first message to the end of your visit.
Step 1: Send a request
Use the form or call us. Tell us your preferred day and how you would like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, we check your plan's benefits and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are at the office if you prefer.
Step 4: Meet your dentist
Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them and talks through what they found.
Step 5: Leave with a plan
You get a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.
Fill in your new-patient forms
Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.
Do I enter medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for none. Your health history goes in the forms on the practice's own secure portal.
Can you get my records from my old dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous office's contact information and we will request your records, with your written permission, before your visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We take it from there.
